Terms of Service
The terms that govern this website, our marketing services, and the internal application we use to retrieve leads from our Meta ad campaigns.
In short: these terms cover this website, our marketing services, and AAJneeti Lead Sync — the internal application we use to pull leads from our own Meta ad campaigns into our CRM. The application is not offered to the public and has no signup. Lead data belongs to the client it was generated for, is never sold, and is deleted on request. Read the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy alongside this page.

1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and AAJneeti Connect Ltd. (“AAJneeti”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in India with its head office at B-44, First Floor, B Block, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh — 201301. They apply when you browse this website, when you engage us for marketing services, and when an authorised employee or contractor uses the AAJneeti Lead Sync application described in section 3.
If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the website or the application. Where a signed proposal, statement of work or master services agreement exists between us, that document prevails over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.
2. Definitions
- Application — AAJneeti Lead Sync, our internal software that retrieves Meta Lead Ads submissions through the Meta Marketing API and writes them into our customer relationship management system.
- Authorised User — an AAJneeti employee, contractor or client-side stakeholder to whom we have expressly granted access to the Application.
- Lead Data — the information a prospective customer submits through an instant form on a Facebook or Instagram advertisement run by us or on behalf of a client.
- Platform Data — has the meaning given in the Meta Platform Terms; broadly, any data we obtain from Meta or through a Meta API.
- Client — a business that has engaged AAJneeti under a written proposal or contract.
3. The AAJneeti Lead Sync application
AAJneeti Lead Sync is an internal business tool. It is not a consumer product, it is not listed in any app store, and it has no public registration. It exists for one purpose: to move Lead Data from advertising campaigns we operate into the CRM our delivery team already works in, so that a prospective customer receives a reply in minutes rather than hours.
The Application connects to Meta using an access token granted by an administrator of the relevant Facebook Page, Business Portfolio or ad account. It reads lead form submissions and the campaign, ad set and ad identifiers attached to them. It does not post content, does not run or edit advertisements, does not read private messages, and does not access the personal Facebook profile, friend list or photographs of any person.
Access is limited to Authorised Users, granted on a least-privilege basis, tied to a named individual account with multi-factor authentication, and revoked on the day a person leaves the relevant role.
4. Meta platform compliance
Our use of the Meta APIs is governed by the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Developer Policies, in addition to these Terms. Where those documents impose a stricter obligation than these Terms, the stricter obligation applies. In particular we undertake that we will:
- Use Platform Data only to deliver and improve the advertising service the person was responding to, and for no unrelated purpose.
- Never sell, licence, rent or otherwise monetise Platform Data, and never transfer it to a data broker, information broker or advertising network.
- Never use Platform Data to build or enrich profiles for eligibility decisions concerning housing, employment, credit, insurance or any similar benefit.
- Never use Platform Data for surveillance purposes, or provide it to any party for such purposes.
- Request only the permissions our stated use case requires, and stop requesting a permission once it is no longer needed.
- Delete Platform Data promptly when a person asks us to, when Meta directs us to, or when we no longer have a lawful reason to keep it, save where retention is required by Indian law.
- Keep the security measures described in section 9 in force, and report a security incident affecting Platform Data to Meta and to affected persons without undue delay.
AAJneeti Lead Sync is an independent application built by AAJneeti Connect Ltd. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook, Instagram and Meta are trademarks of their respective owners.
5. Permitted use and restrictions
Subject to these Terms, Authorised Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Application for AAJneeti’s internal business operations. You must not:
- Share credentials, or allow anyone who is not an Authorised User to access the Application.
- Export, copy or forward Lead Data outside our approved systems, including to personal email, personal devices or messaging apps.
- Contact a person whose Lead Data you hold for any purpose other than the enquiry they submitted, or after they have asked not to be contacted.
- Combine Lead Data with data from another source to re-identify, profile or track a person beyond what is needed to answer their enquiry.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, probe or circumvent the security of the Application or of any Meta API.
- Use the Application in a way that breaches the Meta Platform Terms, the Meta Advertising Standards, the Information Technology Act 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, or any other applicable law.
6. Lead ownership and client obligations
Lead Data generated by a campaign we run for a Client belongs to that Client. We process it on the Client’s behalf and on its documented instructions, and we do not use it for our own marketing or for any other client. Where AAJneeti runs a campaign for itself, we are the controller of the resulting Lead Data.
Clients are responsible for the lawful basis on which they contact leads, for honouring opt-outs and Do Not Disturb registrations, for the accuracy of the claims made in campaign creative, and for the security of Lead Data once it has been delivered to their own systems. Clients must not ask us to collect special category data through an instant form, and must not use Lead Data in a way that would breach the Meta Platform Terms.
7. Marketing services, estimates and guarantees
Services are provided under a written proposal or contract that sets out scope, deliverables, timelines and fees. Quoted figures for lead volume and cost per qualified lead are estimates based on comparable campaigns and are not guarantees, except where a qualified-lead guarantee is expressly stated in writing in your contract. Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms is separate from our management fee unless stated otherwise. Platform performance, auction dynamics and policy decisions taken by Meta or Google are outside our control.
Intellectual property in campaign deliverables transfers to the Client upon full payment. AAJneeti retains ownership of its own methods, templates, internal tooling and the Application itself. Either party may terminate on the notice period agreed in the contract.
8. Refund policy
Where a written qualified-lead guarantee applies and the promised number of qualified leads is not delivered within the campaign period, we replace the shortfall at no additional management fee. Advertising spend already paid to third-party platforms cannot be refunded, as it is not held by us. Requests relating to service fees should be raised in writing within fifteen days of the invoice date and will be assessed against the scope in your contract. Refunds, where approved, are processed to the original payment method within fifteen working days.
9. Security and account responsibility
We apply access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based permissions, audit logging and periodic access reviews to the Application and to the systems that hold Lead Data. Authorised Users must keep credentials confidential, enable multi-factor authentication, use managed devices, and report any suspected compromise to alok@aajneeti.social immediately.
10. Privacy and data deletion
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Any person whose data we hold — including a person who submitted a Meta lead form — can ask us to delete it. The process, the timelines and the address to write to are set out in the Data Deletion Policy.
11. Availability and warranties
The website and the Application are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Application depends on the Meta APIs; where Meta changes, rate-limits, deprecates or suspends an API, the Application may be affected and we will not be liable for that interruption. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or compliance reasons.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAJneeti is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings, however arising. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you to AAJneeti in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Indemnity
Clients agree to indemnify AAJneeti against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from campaign content or landing pages supplied by the Client, from the Client’s use of Lead Data after delivery, or from the Client’s breach of applicable law or of the Meta Platform Terms.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Application immediately where an Authorised User breaches these Terms, where required by Meta or by law, or where continued access presents a security risk. On termination of a Client contract, we return or delete Lead Data held on the Client’s behalf in line with the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms as our services, the Application or platform requirements change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting Clients will be notified by email. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction, save that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court. The parties will attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith for thirty days before commencing proceedings.
