1. Who we are

AAJneeti Connect Ltd. (“AAJneeti”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a digital marketing company registered in India, with its head office at B-44, First Floor, B Block, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh — 201301. This policy applies to this website and to the marketing services we provide to our clients.

2. Information we collect

We collect two broad categories of information.

Information you give us

Contact details — your name, phone number and email address, submitted through an enquiry form, callback request, newsletter signup or job application.
Business details — your company, industry, marketing budget range and a description of what you are trying to sell, where you choose to provide these.
Application details — your CV, portfolio links and employment history, if you apply for a role with us.
Correspondence — records of emails, calls and messages between you and our team.

Information collected automatically

Usage data — pages visited, time on page, referring source and approximate location derived from your IP address.
Device data — browser type, operating system, screen size and language settings.
Cookies and similar technologies — small files used to remember preferences and to measure how our marketing performs. See section 7.

Information we receive from Meta

If you responded to one of our advertisements on Facebook or Instagram by completing an instant form, Meta passes us the answers you gave. We retrieve them through the Meta Marketing API using our internal application, AAJneeti Lead Sync. This typically covers your name, phone number, email address and your answers to the form’s custom questions, together with the lead, form, ad and campaign identifiers and the time you submitted it. Section 6 explains this in detail.

3. How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

Respond to your enquiry and provide the free business analysis you requested.
Deliver the services agreed in a contract, including campaign management and reporting.
Send you service updates, proposals and invoices relating to work you have engaged us for.
Send marketing communications where you have opted in, which you can stop at any time.
Assess job applications and communicate with candidates.
Measure and improve the performance of this website and our own marketing.
Meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations that apply to us in India.

Where you tick the consent box on a form, you authorise us to contact you via SMS, RCS, call, email or WhatsApp about that enquiry. You can withdraw this at any time.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in operating and marketing our business, the necessity of performing a contract with you, and compliance with applicable law. Where consent is the basis, withdrawing it is straightforward and has no effect on processing already carried out.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:

Service providers — hosting, CRM, email delivery, analytics and advertising platforms that process data on our instructions under contract.
Advertising platforms — where you have interacted with our ads, platforms such as Google and Meta process data under their own privacy policies.
Professional advisers — accountants, auditors and lawyers, where necessary and under confidentiality.
Legal requirement — where we are obliged to disclose information by law, regulation or a valid order of a court or authority.
Business transfer — if our business is merged, acquired or reorganised, subject to this policy continuing to apply.

If you are a client, lead data generated by campaigns we run for you belongs to you. We process it on your behalf and do not use it for any other purpose.

6. Meta Lead Ads and the AAJneeti Lead Sync application

AAJneeti Lead Sync is an internal business application. It is not a consumer product, it has no public signup, and it is used only by named AAJneeti staff and contractors. Its single purpose is to move lead form submissions from advertisements we run on Facebook and Instagram into the customer relationship management system our delivery team works in, so that an enquiry gets a reply in minutes rather than sitting unread in a platform dashboard.

What the application accesses

It reads lead form submissions for Facebook Pages and ad accounts that an administrator of those assets has explicitly connected. It uses the leads_retrieval permission and the related Page and advertising permissions that this requires, and nothing beyond them.

What it does not access

The application does not read your Facebook or Instagram profile, your friend list, your photographs, your posts or your private messages. It does not publish content, run advertisements or make changes to any Page. It does not track you across other websites.

How we use and protect this data

Data received from Meta is used only to respond to and service the enquiry it came from, and to report on campaign performance to the client the campaign was run for. We do not sell it, licence it, rent it, or transfer it to any data broker, information broker or advertising network. We do not use it to make or inform decisions about your eligibility for housing, employment, credit, insurance or any similar benefit, and we do not use it or provide it for surveillance purposes. It is held in access-controlled systems, encrypted in transit and at rest, available only to staff whose role requires it, and covered by audit logging and periodic access reviews.

Our use of Meta’s APIs is governed by the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Developer Policies in addition to this policy. AAJneeti Lead Sync is built and operated by AAJneeti Connect Ltd. and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc.

Where the campaign was run for one of our clients, that client is the controller of the resulting lead data and we process it on their behalf under contract. Where the campaign was our own, we are the controller.

Deleting this data

You can ask us to erase everything we hold from a Meta lead form at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason. The Data Deletion Policy sets out exactly how, and what happens afterwards. Deleting data from our systems does not remove the copy Meta holds in its own systems.

7. Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: to make the site work, to understand how it is used, and to measure our advertising. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off. Analytics and advertising cookies can be blocked through your browser settings, though some features may then behave unexpectedly.

Third-party tools that may set cookies include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

8. Data retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Client records are kept for the duration of the contract and for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law. Job applications are retained for up to twelve months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

Confirm what personal data we hold about you and provide a copy.
Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Delete your personal data where we have no continuing lawful reason to keep it.
Stop sending you marketing communications.
Restrict or object to certain processing.

To exercise any of these, write to alok@aajneeti.social. We will respond within thirty days. There is no charge for a reasonable request.

10. How to delete your data

Deletion has its own page because it matters most and because we want the instructions to be unambiguous. In short: email alok@aajneeti.social with the subject line Data Deletion Request, quoting the phone number or email address you gave us. We acknowledge within forty-eight hours, verify that the request is yours, delete the record within thirty days, and confirm in writing when it is done.

If you are an administrator who connected a Facebook Page to our application, you can also remove it from Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites on Facebook and send a deletion request from there.

11. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encrypted transmission and restricted administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International transfers

We are based in India and our primary systems are hosted in India. Some of the service providers described in section 5 — including Meta, Google and our email and CRM vendors — process data on servers outside India. Where personal data is transferred internationally we rely on the provider’s contractual safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable, and we transfer only what the service requires.

13. Children

Our services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

14. External links

This site links to third-party websites and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies before providing information.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.

16. Terms of service and refunds

The terms that govern this website, our marketing services and the AAJneeti Lead Sync application now live on their own page. Our refund policy is section 8 of that page. 17. Grievance redressal

If you have a complaint about how we have handled your personal data or our services, write to our grievance officer at alok@aajneeti.social with the subject line “Grievance”, or post to AAJneeti Connect Ltd., B-44, First Floor, B Block, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh — 201301.

We acknowledge every grievance within forty-eight hours and aim to resolve it within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the appropriate authority under applicable Indian data protection law.
