User Data Deletion Policy

How to ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, including data collected through Facebook and Instagram lead forms.

In short: you can have every piece of personal data we hold about you erased. Email us with the phone number or email address you used, and we will delete it and confirm in writing within thirty days — usually far sooner. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.

1. What this page is for

AAJneeti Connect Ltd. runs advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. When someone fills in an instant form on one of those advertisements, Meta collects the answers and we retrieve them using an internal application called AAJneeti Lead Sync, so that our team can call or email that person back about the enquiry they made.

This page explains, in plain terms, what that application stores, how you ask us to delete it, and what happens after you do. It is the data deletion instructions page referenced in our Meta app configuration and in section 10 of our Privacy Policy.

2. What data the application holds

AAJneeti Lead Sync reads lead form submissions from Facebook and Instagram advertisements run by us or on behalf of our clients. It does not read your Facebook profile, your friends, your photos, your posts or your private messages.

What we holdWhere it came fromKept for
Name, phone number, email addressThe lead form you submittedUp to 24 months from the enquiry, or until you ask us to delete it

Aggregate campaign statistics that contain no personal identifiers — the number of leads a campaign produced, for example — are not personal data and are not affected by a deletion request.

3. How to request deletion

Option A — email us (recommended, works for everyone)

Send an email to alok@aajneeti.social with the subject line Data Deletion Request. To help us find your record, include:

  • Your full name as you entered it on the form.
  • The phone number and email address you used.
  • Roughly when you submitted the enquiry.
  • The advertisement, brand or project it related to, if you remember it.

The button at the top of this page opens a message with those fields already laid out. If you would rather write to us on paper, post the same details to AAJneeti Connect Ltd., B-44, First Floor, B Block, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh — 201301, India. You can also call +91 809 024 3030 between 10:00 and 21:00 IST, Monday to Saturday, and we will take the request over the phone and confirm it by email.

Option B — remove the app through Facebook

If you are an administrator who connected a Facebook Page or ad account to AAJneeti Lead Sync, you can revoke access and request deletion directly from Facebook:

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  2. Select Apps and Websites in the left-hand menu.
  3. Find AAJneeti Lead Sync in the list and select Remove.
  4. Tick the box offering to send a data deletion request, then confirm with Send Request.

Removing the app immediately stops any further retrieval of leads from your Page. Data we retrieved before the removal is deleted according to the process in section 4. If you want that data gone as well, use Option A so we have a written record and can confirm completion to you.

4. What happens after you ask

  1. Acknowledgement within 48 hours. A person replies to confirm we have your request and to give you a reference number. We do not use an autoresponder.
  2. Verification. We check that the request comes from the person whose data it is. This normally means matching the email address or phone number on the request against the one on the record. We ask for identity documents only where there is genuine doubt, and we do not keep them afterwards.
  3. Deletion within thirty days. We erase the record from our CRM, from the AAJneeti Lead Sync database, from our support inbox, and from any spreadsheet or export that contains it. Encrypted backups are overwritten on their normal rotation cycle, which completes within ninety days; the data cannot be restored into live use in the meantime.
  4. Downstream notice. If the enquiry was generated for one of our clients and had already been passed to them, we tell you who they are and forward your request to them, since they hold their own copy as an independent controller.
  5. Written confirmation. We email you to say the deletion is complete, quoting your reference number and listing what was removed.

The service is free. You do not have to explain why you want your data deleted, and asking will never affect how we treat you.

5. What we may have to keep

In a small number of cases the law requires us to retain something even after a deletion request. Where that applies we tell you exactly what is being kept and why, we keep only the minimum, and we delete it as soon as the obligation ends. The usual cases are:

  • Invoices and accounting records relating to a paid engagement, retained for the period required by Indian tax law.
  • Records needed for an active legal claim or a regulatory investigation, retained until it is resolved.
  • A suppression record — a one-way hash of your email address or phone number kept solely so that we do not contact you again by accident. This cannot be used to rebuild your details or to market to you. You may ask us to remove this too, but then we cannot guarantee you will not be re-added by a future campaign.

If we refuse a request in whole or in part, we say so in writing, explain the legal basis, and tell you how to challenge the decision.

6. Data still held by Meta

Deleting your data from our systems does not delete the copy Meta holds. Meta stores lead form submissions in its own systems under its own policies. To deal with that copy, use the privacy controls in your Facebook or Instagram account, or read the Meta Privacy Policy. We have no ability to delete data from Meta’s servers on your behalf.

7. Your other rights

Alongside deletion you may ask us to confirm what we hold and give you a copy, correct anything inaccurate, stop sending you marketing, or restrict how we use your information. Write to the same address and we will handle it on the same timeline. Section 9 of the Privacy Policy sets these out in full.

8. If you are not satisfied

Our grievance officer is Alok Kumar, reachable at alok@aajneeti.social with the subject line “Grievance”, or by post at the Noida address above. We acknowledge every grievance within forty-eight hours and aim to resolve it within thirty days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India or to the supervisory authority in your own jurisdiction.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this page as our systems or platform obligations change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and this URL will remain stable so that it continues to work as the deletion instructions link registered with Meta.

Ready to go ahead? Email alok@aajneeti.social with the subject Data Deletion Request, or call +91 809 024 3030. A person will reply within two working days.
